[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
An evening street scene in central Pingyao, a uniquely preserved Ming dynasty city. Although Pingyao is firmly on the Chinese tourist trail, it still manages to retain much of its old days charm.

This street is Nan Dajie ('great south street') and the tower is the exact center of the old town, in which cars are not allowed.

In the evening these men set up a small table and some stools for their daily game of mahjong.
