[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Some buddhist nuns sitting on the stairs leading to one of the smaller monasteries in Wutaishan. This was an hours walk outside the main town, on the side of one of the mountains, and it was very calm. The temples in town where pretty crowded, but up here there was only me, my travel company, some tibetan pilgrims and the resident nuns and monks. The air was clean and the mountains beautiful.

Hi Simon,
The composition is very nice, the monastery give a excellent summary together with the monks in the foreground, perhaps bit dark through the sun and shadows, but good for looking.

Hi Simon

A superb daily life scene, of an area in China, I almost went to, but didn't, so tfs. Excellent contrast & lighting. Good work!

Le cadrage a été bien pensé et je pense que ce n'etait pas si facile que sa a faire une imege comme celle-ci.
Je regrette aussi ce manque de nettété qui dérange un peut je doit dire.
La lumiere dur ici donne un contraste assez fort aussi.

A very hard and difficult light in this setting S. Still a good result I think. Tight well made compo.
