[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Two monks from one of the temples at Wutaishan. The people in back are praying by kneeling on a mat and gliding out to a flat position and then back up. This particular temple did not give a very authentic impression, lots of tourists and guides with megaphones...

what a beautiful expression on the younger monk's face. i find the figures in the background a bit distracting. maybe crop out the figures on the left? regards, emily

compliment for this photo. the red colours is really a hot colour in this photo. the expression of the kid is funny. good job

Hi Simon.
This is a very interesting photo with a good composition. Well done.
PS. I have Canon EOS 300 too ;)
Regards.

One thing I think is destroying a bit these places images is that they are becoming very popular among tourists. I feel the same when visiting some of the most known monuments in Portugal. It’s hard to get an authentic photo…

Still this one is quite nice. The DOF and the look on the boy face is quite good.

You well captured the expressions of these two monks: It's not your fault but some tourists don't help. I like the simphony of red color in this nice picture.

Well done and congratulations.
Regards
