Photographer’s Note

Shot about an hour before sunset on Yellow mountains. Scenery is from a terrace by the Beihai hotel.
Late time and a bit cloudy weather explain the somewhat muted tones of photo.
There are also some very tiny spots in the sky on left upper left corner. Those are birds - not dust on sensor.

Beautiful! I like the composition very much and the way that, dspite the overcast conditions, you have just enough color in the sky to complete a nice sequence of progressively paler layers and tones. Good work.
