Photographer’s Note
I took this picture of the two kids who were living at a home for people disabled by UXO/landmines. Very sad to know this is still a problem in the country, yet these kids who live with their victimized parents still find a way to have joy. They could say "hi" and "bye" but didn't know the different between the two.
I used paint.NET to soften the photo, sharpen it a bit, add some noise and adjust brightness and saturation. This is my first attempt to mess with the natural colors in pictures, and I think it came out ok. I didn't want it to be unrealistic, just a bit dreamy and joyful!
