[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
One barber in a row of them on a street in Phnom Penh. I don't know what street it was, as I was lost and had no idea at the time. Phnom Penh has very few street signs. It seems they haven't put them back up after the Khmer Rouge took them all down in 1975.
