[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I've been to Ta Prohm on three separate occasions and have never seen another photo from this perspective. I was allowed by the guards to climb up past where they sit and waited for a good 20 minutes for there to be no tourists in the shot. In the 12 or so days I've spent at Angkor, it was the only ever time the sun was in the right place with blue sky behind to capture the tones and contrast seen. Minimal cropping in CS3 and sepia toning.

Welcome to TE, Neil, and congratulations on a great first post. A very interesting melding of ancient architecture and nature. Good choice of b&w, too (although I am curious to see a color version - maybe you will post one someday?) Good, sharp details reveal the texture of the ruins. Well done.
