Hi Cessy
Lovely and you are making me jealous.
I have tried IR, but he PP work involved is beyong me, as I seems not to have the experience to arrive at a desired result.
What is your routine for this.
The mood is romantic and the composition radiant.
Question again. The horse is sharp, and the exposition for an IR is long, you were lucky he did not move at all.
Have a good WE

Hi cessy
The horse is well placed, in the lower right quadrant of the frame, & anchors the shot nicely. Good sharpness & tonal range, with superb graphism of the trees, enhanced by the IR effect. Tfs!

Hi Cessy,
There really are few photographers on TE that can match you for consistently successful landscapes in the B&W format. There is a special charm to this scene, with the horse nicely balancing the frame in the foreground and the lighting well managed. First rate, Cessy. Cheers...a demain.

beautiful picture. It's like a painting of somewhere in a mythology story

Hi Cessy,
This scene seems to be out of a fairytale book. How nice to find this beautiful horse near the temples. Your pictures of Cambodia pass a sense of serenity and peace. The result with the infrared is really great, especially inthis one!

Flavia

Cessy,
it seems that your not so active at TE lately. Anyway, I discovered that I didn't write a critique for this shot, despite having seen it several times in the meantime. I'm a sucker for IR and this is perfect. Having the camera transformed to IR makes it so mcuh easier. I never would be able to get the horse so sharp with my camera. Such a shot with my camera would be at the 20 or even 30s of exposure and at the end the horse would be totally blurred. Good placement of that horse! The scene reminds me somewhat moments of Harry Potter films.
