This is the Bayon. The place of the Angkor complex that made the biggest impression on myself.

hey man. good to see another great post of yours. as much as I love to see great colours in pictures, black and white works here superbly. you've placed the face in the right position. well done.

U have given life in this sclupture. Excellent framing and wonderful crop. The colours give the sensetion of its oldness.
Regards.

Yep, this is a nice and tiht 'portrait'. I like the detail on the left hand side - The high contrast black and white has turned it more into some kinda art work than stone!

I like the DOF in the picture. I might maybe have cropped it a little on the right.

The bw effect makes this photo more graphical, more attractive. The compo is also perfect.

Hello Travis,

Great angle and POV. Good choice to convert to grayscale to depict antiquity.

That special, buddhist smile. I like it! I also liked the Bayon temple a lot!

Hi Travis,
Of your pictures of Angkor this is the one I like the most. The composition is good since it shows perfectly the head but by moving it to the right it enough background to give a good impression of the context also. Besides, the subjet of the picture is very impressive.
I hope I can visit Angkor some time soon. Regards,

Fernando.

Dzien dobry Travis,
Captured the pattern of weathering by the long tract of years, with decorous framing very well. I like especially warm tone in black & white.
Have a nice day,
Hisashi
