We were out for a walk and were admiring a beautiful temple when this truck filled with monks pulled up outside. There is also a great market opposite the temple where you can get some nice photographs.

Hola Wanda:
Bonita fotografia de la vida cotidiana, llama la atencion lo viejo y poco cuidado del camion contra la limpieza de los trajes naranjas de los monjes.
Un saludo desde ESpaña:
Pablo

A truckload of monks! I guess they have embraced modern life very well. The colour of their robes is very attractive. Good sharpness and framing of this image. The propane(?) tank under the truck look a little scary though! Thanks Wanda.

Hi Wanda!

Excellent capture of this daily life scene, so common in the countries of that part of the world. Perfect composition and framing, beautiful colours, especially this eyecatching orange. Congratulations!

Hello Wanda,
I like this truck filled up with monks. I like the candid daily life side of the picture.
You had the chance of having those 2 young monks to look at you. Did you try to either to zoom in on those 2 or to crop tight around them? It think it would look nice!
Have a nice day,
Marc

Very typical image caught at the right moment. A few are looking at you. Great colors.

Hi Wanda,
These street scenes with Budhist monks are irresistible, but it isn't that common to see one so well captured. The timing was perfect and the pov very well chosen. Amazing sharpness, great colours.
Cheers, José.

I like the knee jerks in your destinations, One moment its from Africa, at the ther you are in cambodia, in India one image and far east in another. like this qulaity of globe trotting as much as like your images Wanda. Keep Walking!!!

Ik moet beter opletten, ik mis teveel mooie foto's ;-)
Hi Wanda,
The little monk at the right who's looking at you...you see his eyes, any idea what he was thinking. I have no idea but the way he looks is the best part in this whole image. Yes it's colourful, yes you had a good exposure, yes the compo is also nice just as all those fresh bright colours...but it is that boy what intriges me...
Mooie foto..!!!
Groetjes, Henk

I know these monks in their orange robes are hard to resist, probably why there's so many shots of them here on TE! I like this one though, they look so tightly packed into the truck that it's a wonder they can breathe.
I like the fact that most of them aren't looking at you, although I think it would have been good if one or two faces of the guys in the cab were visible.
I like the tight framing, and overall the shot works well.

Cheers,
Ben
