[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
There are many photos of shaving already on trek earth, but I thought I would add mine anyway. Taken in the small town of Sen monorom set amongst rolling hills, the town has two lakes too. Around the area there are several minority villages and it was from here that we did an elephant trek for two days into the forest. The bus ride to get to Sem Monorom is on a long dusty and bumpy road and takes many hours, sometimes in the rainy season the road is closed.

Hi wanda,
I love this balck n white photo..
Love the reflection on the mirror.. :)
Very nice..
PEACE,
Yoga

Too bad there are not many barber shops around anymore, at least whre I live. I remember living in the old country and visiting places like this once a week. A rare experience in my city. Nice black and white shot. The aily life scene is well managed and the image is pleasant. Thanks Wanda :-)

Shaving is perhaps another one of those 'Universal' activities seen in many forms across the world. like the way you have composed and pesented your shaving shot wanda. It kinda makes the world appear so small.

Hi Wanda!

This is a great artistic shot, a fabulous daily life scene, that's been brought to another level with your choice of b&w. Of course, your composition is very inspired and the use of the mirror, excellent. Congratulations!

Great daily shot, perfect use of black and white. The reflection in the mirror is fantatstic.

Hi Wanda I like this shot:
little visible movement of the hand,
B&W tones,
and last but not least the repeating picture in the mirror: I see two repeats but it may have been more when your POV was a bit more to the lower right.

Regards Henk

hi Wanda ,

daniel

yes, it is a worthy addition on the "shaving pix" of TE, and this one is not from India again at least. The compo is well judged with the action and its reflection offering a diagonal split of the frame.

It breaks my heart to be reminded of the place, I was there in 2006, and someone stole my hard drive later in Thailand, not one little image left from 3 weeks in Cambodia. Some karma!
