This is another picture of the rural Cambodia series. This is the road that you saw in the last picture (rural Cambodia). This is the appropriate way of the monk to sit in this way. When I took this picture I was on a motocycle on my way to visit the Killing Field museum. My friend rode the bike, and I was on the back looking around to see opportunity to take pictures. Here it is.

I find the way of life very interesting and different in your part of the world. There seem to be more motorcycles and people drees in more colorful clothes. I like this picture because of the way you captured the bikers from behind. The fact they ride on the right of the picture allow for more scene to be displayed on the left. Good balance and coloration of the composition. Nice work Sothy.

you did well to take this from a moving vehicle. The composition is well balanced and the colours are fantastic. Whenever I see people with long flowing roads riding motorbikes I shudder at the though of what could happen if the robes and wheel became one!! A fine capture Sothy, well done.

Wow Sothy, you took this from the back of the motocycle?! Respect! I really like the colours and lightning a lot and I allways enjoy to see the Buddhist monks and their robes. Nice shot again of your country.
Best wishes, Nino

Well managed! The picture is very nice, amazing how you got it do nicelly whem in mouvement. The POV is great, we can actually have the feeling of being chasing the bike in front, the colors are vivid, well composed and framed. Fine job. I hope to see more of this serie, once the other one is also very interesting.

Bikes and mopeds are such commonplace in Cambodia. I had seen a few monks on the back of bikes but was never able to capture them on camera. I didn't have the opportunity to visit the Killing Field Museum but this road is beautiful For a picture taken from the back of a bike, this is excellent.

Amazing and very eye-catching colours!
A very well composed image, well balanced and with fine lines...
The monk in orange of course attracts attention, I also notice the wonderful old tree by the roadside!
An attractive image with fine details...

A very beautiful shot, Sothy, and from the back of a bike! Impressive. The colour of the robe of the person in front of you is adding a real splash of excitement to the frame. Very nicely composed.
PS Did you take shots in the Killing Fields Museum?

I love this one. Great composition; I like the use of trees for framing and the way our eye can travel through the road. Colors and sharpness are great too.
Thanks for sharing,

Really beautiful scene, the colour of the ground is very nice particularly the way it matches with the monks robe.
