[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Angkor Vat can be very quiet sometimes. It is not that common, but if you get to the upper level using the famous steep staircases, you may enjoy a some time away from the crowd. As usual in the Angkor temples there are a few fortune tellers here and there usually wearing a white shirt. Called hao-ra in Khmer, they are often consulted before major events in life, such as the choice of a spouse, the beginning of an important journey or business venture, setting the date for a wedding and determining the proper location for building new structures.

Hi Vincent,

this is a great wide angle shot. I liked too much blue sky and the contrast of the buildings. Thanks for your sharing.

best regards,
Hakan

A closer pov would have skipped the courtyard, whic is not necessary according to. And that's a pity because the tower and the building are interesting and the light on them is OK. The walker is OK too to figure out the scale.

Hi Vincent!

Great picture from one of the most interesting places in the world. Great composition, contrast and sharpness. Excellent light control and beautiful colours. If you don't mind I'll try uploading later a WS with some perspective correction. Besides that an excellent work. Congratulations,

Hercules

Hello Vincent,
Great shot, I like how you have framed this shot, putting the temple just a little outcentre. Good lights and colours. The man helps in scaling the height of the temple.
Thanks for sharing
Best regards
Vivek

Hello Vincent
Good POV & I like the inclusion of the courtyard...gives a good feel of symmetry. The inclusion of the man of course is good for scale. Good blue sky as a backdrop. I feel nostalgic about the place. Well done my friend.
Best Regards
Angshu
