Photographer’s Note
This is a one of traditional Cambodian food, which is with out soup or fish amazingly:). It consist of a raw meat eggs some spice and cream. You have some pots with burning coal to cook. Every one cook for himself.
I stayed at Cambodia for six months. This was my farewell party. And I received so much love form these people that I can never forget.

Hi Atif,
Eh well your photograph gives hunger, a good fondue even early the morning would not be refusal!
On the level of Kampuchean traditional food, this one is very varied, but it is primarily containing fermented fish.
A sympathetic point of view on the guests.
regards

Hi Atif !
I add some of your pictures in my new theme "cambodian cooking". This one is very interesting, we can see the dish named "the cow on the mountain (or volcano)".
TFS.
