Cambodia people are found for eating. And normally for holidays and weekends their favourt hobby is to go some popolar eating place outside the city. There are many such places that are famous for different kind of foods. Mostly these are temprary food stall that works only on holidays. These stall consistes of huts along the rive or on top of the river. Noramally they get the raw or sami cooked food and cook/heat inside their hut. In the mean while they play cards and stay their day with friends and family.
The height of these huts is adjustable. So they adjust the height accrding to waterlevel of the river.
