Photographer’s Note

My daughters were handing our school supplies in this class, while I was taking photos. The children were very pleased with the items and also enjoyed the break from class time.

WHAT A BEUTIFUL CHILD. The sparkle in her eyes is gorgeous anticipation is well conveyed here.
The composition is great and although the other children are in the photo this photo is all about her.

Excellent shot, Ian. The 'intelligent' expression on the girl's face is really beautiful - in comparison with the boys in the background who might be messing around. Good contrasting colours. Well captured.

This one I think was definitely under-noticed (and apparently I'm among the undernoticers). Just a great shot though with all the kids enjoying the visit while she sits quietly, sort of above the fray. I love the expression. I agree too, a really beautiful child.

This is a lovely photograph, Ian - very well composed and good DOF - just enough to keep the little girl's arms in focus but softening at the back where the boys are. Excellent sharpness and lighting on the girl's face. Cheers . . . David
