Photographer's Note

The hustle of the market in Siem Reap is replaced by the colour of the scarves for sale. Most of the stalls are selling food. The meat is cut and diced on the spot with only a tin roof for cover and no refrigeration. It is no wonder the markets are chaotic as the locals shop sometimes twice a day for fresh food.
