Photographer’s Note
Angkor Wat - at the very top platform of this temple in cambodia you will find many towers such as this one. each represent the ascend to heaven. The steps to reach the top is made very narrow and very steep purposely as the ascend to "heaven" is supposed to be difficult. There will be one row of steps to the main tower which were very easy to climb and that is reserved for the king as it is believed that the king should go to heaven easily. These were information provided by my guide during our trip to Angkor Wat.
You will noticed that many of these steps are now broken down possibly due to constant climbing by the tourists and wear and tear and at this time all the steps were closed to the tourists pending restoration works.
As i stand at the base of the steps and the climb upwards from this angle i can feel the steepness and the narrow steps !

Hi LC
So far your workshop did not arrive, however I will look for it. Honestly I would not like to walk up these stairs, have you done it? Looks very steep. The stairs boost your DOF and the contrasts tremendously. Nice colors with adequate sharpness. Well done
best regards

Hello Tan!!
A good point of view to increase depth sensation and present this temple, your angle adds value to the scene...and the contrasts on light and colours is really good..
Your note also very interesting...Thanks!!
Have a nice day...
Best regards
Manuel
