Photographer’s Note

The temple complex at Angkor is the world's largest religious building. First used a Hindu temple, then as a Buddhist place of worship, the temple stills serves it original purpose. It was built for king Suryavaram in the 9th century and is regarded as a classic example of Khmer architecture. The temple is a national symbol that appears on Cambodia's flag.
