The piper, albeit a week later. This time it looks as though someone has either paid to have him stop playing or has given in the sad, puppy dog, eyes he uses when begging for money.
The past week has been rough for them ... rains most afternoons have kept the riverside walkers to a minimum, reducing their opportunities to garner funds for meals and clothes.
I've done a closer crop on just his face that I've posted as a workshop.
