| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
I was at the riverfront in Phnom Penh, watching the boat traffic and the people, looking for something interesting to photograph when this street boy (either homeless or living on a small boat on the river) borrowed a plastic flute from one of his friends and started to play. I don't know whether he was hoping to get some money for his efforts, but what he was playing wasn't music to my ears.
I was in such a rush to get the shot that I didn't reduce the zoom from max, even though I was less than 4m from him. There will be a second shot posted, taken after I got my act together and reduced the zoom.
Technically - no cropping, brightness decreased slightly, contrast increased slightly and sharpened post-resizing. |
