Double meaning for me...

Sharing, kindness and helping the next person is what I interpret as the main meaning of hte photo. Ice is the second. Without it you spend your day looking for it, trying to find a way to survive without it, trying to get around not having it, it consumes up your time, you can't buy perishables without it...one of the main differences between a "poorer" third world type country and a "richer" or more well off one.
