Photographer’s Note
.
Suppose a brother or sister is without clothes and daily food, If one of you says to him, “Go, I wish you well; keep warm and well fed,” but does nothing about his physical needs, what good is it? (James 2:15-16)
(Santiago 2:15-16)
The above quotation explains why I accepted to take donations from my friends to relay to 90 worst families in the floating village of Chong Kneas over Tonle Sap Great Lake. I hope there will be more friends to stand up and do similar things since pain and sorrow still exist and dominate everywhere on this planet and prayers without action wouldn’t help reduce their load.

Good morning, Thahn:
Your abnormal crop (or composition?) makes us uneasy and prompts us to read the notes. That's how the photo becomes effective.
I'd like to participate into your wish, "there will be more friends to stand up and do similar things..."
Take care,
George

Hi Thanh,
This is a good scene from Cambodia. Floating village is just amazing. I am going there soon, and will share some photos with you and other fellow TE members.

good close shot but the composition is little bit accidental.the head od the standing child is cropper and the woman on the left has little space.Very good and "messagefull"comment

hello Thanh,
SO sharp, you can almost touch the children... and take them out of the water :D
fantastic daily life scene, i visited TOnle Sap lake many years ago but on "the fast boat" because it was still to dangerous to take other transportation. I did not have the time to enjoy the daily life like i see now in your photos. Nice to follow !
