Photographer’s Note

This picture was taken in Cambodia in early September 2005 on a road near Siem Reab. Rice fields were all around and both children and adults were tilling the filds.

Sad to see such young people at work.
But it's a great photo, so many different green colours. The black frame makes a good contrast to the picture. Well done.

the overwhelming green and abundant grasses make the little boy stand out with his blue shorts, i would have liked to have seen his face though. nice job with composition, cropping and depth of field.

Swietny kolor i kompozycja.
Moze szkoda ze nie ma tu spojrzenia chlopca no ale coz wszystkiego miec na raz nie mozna.
Dobrze sie przy tym zdjeciu zatrzymac.

Fantastyczne ujecie Michal. Ta zielen po prostu jest szalenie piekna. Nie jestem pewna co do ramki..... troszeczke za bardzo jest 'dopasowana' do tak prostego, pieknego zdjecia.

Hi Michal, this is very sad shot. It shows that although we are in the Globalized era, thousands of children still work in the fields arund the world. Wonderful colours and perfect composition!
