Siem Reap is a charming little town. Sideroads can be dusty It has a lot parks and a tree flanked nice river which divides in in two. There are a lot of school-monastery and temple complexes. I visited some and took pictures of daily life. Ths monk was very kind to let me take a picture during his class. Children were seated , boys on one side and girls on the other. But here the girl's side was a bit dark and I could manage only half of the class. What I liked best is the fact that the children seemed very happy. Perhaps I was the reason hen they saw a foreigner brandishing a camera, I don't think it happens too often.

Nice and funny image, despite the lack of light (the normal in the conditions it was taken). Good document and good explanation. Regards.

What a fine place to go for a winter break Izzet. I agree, a very charming town, and even more chraming is this view of the class. What a good idea to get an invite here.

Merhaba Izzet. lovely shot, very nice with these school kids all smiling and the monk in the back. I really like this one girl's attitude (she is standing and frowning with the classic female hand on her hip). nice work.

A charming group portrait, Izzet, instantly putting a smile on the viewer's face (well on mine at least). I like the looks and attitudes of the happy kids, and the teacher by the window seems to have a good time, too. Great "learning about the world" photo indeed.
