Photographer's Note

Lost in deep thoughts, this boy, who probably was sent out by his family to sell postcards to the tourists, didn't even realize that I was taking a photo of him. The famous city of Angkor, which was the capital of the ancient Khmer Kingdom, consists of over 1000 temples and other religious sites. Archeologist estimate that at some time their might have lived as many as 1 million people in the city, that nowdays is mostly overcrowded with tourists and street sellers.
