Hi again Boris
Great to see this picture next to the HCMC lottery man. Both share a similar topic, but are very different in tone and feel. Here there is determination in the man's face, not resignation. On the other hand, five dollars? I think I'd just stick to those lottery tickets. Superb picture, though! Tfs.
