Photographer’s Note
Afternoon on the Tonlé Sap River and it is warm enough for the street kids to be swimming again. They do get into the water all year, but for the last two months it is only long enough for a quick wash, not to play. With the daytime highs back in the mid-30s a refreshing dip is back on the menu.
The kids were engaged in a mudball fight. Hey! If it doesn't snow you make do with what you have. :) And fresh mud brought down river during the rainy season is just the thing. The nice thing to see was that they were trying to coat each other with the mud, not hurling it in anger.
