Une image d'une grande originalite, Tom et qui en dit long aue la vunerabilite de ces gosses. Superbement composee aussi. Plus que les visages memes, les pieds communiquent tout ce que tu as voulu dire...
Je voulais aussi aller a Battambang cet avril, mais ca ne tentait pas vraiment ma femme alors on est retomber une fois de plus sur le Vietnam (26 avril pour une semaine).

Hello Tom,
Superb composition. I like the way that you chose to shoot the rails and railroad timbers at a 45 degree angle, and both the rail and the supporting timbers are at 45 degrees also. This really catches the viewers attention. The street worn feet of this child is a dead give away that this was taken in a less developed neighborhood. This simple but dynamic photo is a winner. Well done!

Great composition. Good colors and DOF. You can always tell a good photographer by how they make a great photo out of an otherwise non-interesting simple subject. Great job.

I love this image because it show us an element of situation but giving us at the same time the whole idea. Loving cinema like I do, watching this photo I cant help to remember thousands of movies made in the United States with boy wearing their good shoes walking over the rails... Thanks Tom.

Excellent titre pour cette photo qui montre bien les conditions de vie des enfants à l'autre bout du monde. J'aime beaucoup les tons de cette image qui me font penser aux photos de notre ami Simon.

What originality! The composition is just superb. The tight crop, the x of the railtrack & the wooden sleeper, the dirty bare feet of the child...this is indeed a picture of fragility. Excellent.
