| We sampled this typically Cambodian dish at our friends to Sisophon. We were told that we can translate its name by "the cow on the mountain "... Indeed, the beef cook on the bump which is in the middle, while the vegetables warm in the broth around. It is a very friendly dish and it is delicious ! |

yes exactly is "the cow on the volcano" you make me feel hungry, I used to have this food when I were in Cambodia, It rely delicious with Angkok beer. Cheer..., thanks for sharing
