Photographer's Note
Just to help you start the week at work, in case you thought the upcoming workload was daunting!
On the roads of Cambodia, such sight is not unfrequent, and the loads are as diverse as the different trades impose. Pigs or chicken stacked up almost to break point, huge stacks of hay, with maybe a wife or co-worker on top, etc... You name it!

Hi Herve, Well at least his load is light and looks balanced ,i see his crash helmet is in its proper place on the side of the load, he,s got freedom of the road. Thanks Tom.

Hi Herve!
Great pic of Cambodia! Brings back familiar scenes, and I have some from around Kampong cham too but not nearly as good! I will send you a couple. This one is wonderful....full frontal view with tack sharp focus and gorgeous light. I didn't notice he was also carrying a bag on his lap as well until just now! Great shot, and a real classic! See you soon. Fine work as always, warm regards,

An umbelieveble scene, but rather common in such places. Very well taken with the tele lens.
Funny to see the helmet hanghing on the weight.
Safety rules are not fully applied !!!

Hi Herve,
It is impossible to see such a view in Western country. Wow, it is really impressive. view. How he do not loose equilibrium? I love such scenes, typical for Asian roads. TFS and warm regards

Bonjour Herve,
A great daily life shot. Some people's daily life...it's exotic to other ones. Not very original, but I just can't get enough of these! Thanks.

What a workload, indeed, I like how the biker distinguishes itself from the non-distracting surroundings, with good framing and great sharpness. Good job, congratulations!

Hi Herve. It seems that there is no Transportproble in Asia. Your beautiful photo reminds me of my trip to Cambodia in 2002. Your photo is very realistic and at the same time humorvorvoll. Insgsamt excellent. Regards, Wolfgang.

Hi Herve
Excellent example of overloading a motorbike, What an interesting image. In every country lots of strange things can be seen on the roads especially in Asia and the importance is that everything works. And this is the case here. Absolutely worth seeing and u caught an interesting daily life moment here. Pleasant contrast and slight blur bg. I like the off-centre placement of the subject. A very original capture, Congrats, TFS

Great shot, Herve. Soft but sharp (early morning?) light gives this image a special quality. I just returned from Cambodia yesterday, but the light is never this good this time of year. You captured the moment very well in this one - it makes me want to go straight back there!

Salut Hervé,
Le Cambodge est une mine de ces transports peu conventionnels.. j'en ai quelques uns aussi! Bonne vue sur la route derrière, mais ton sujet vaut la photo!
