This is the one of the prettiest buildings in the east! The Mosque was built from imported Italian marble and special handicrafted stained-glass windows from England and carpets from Saudi Arabia, and was finished in 1958. There is an elevator going to the top of the 44 m minaret. In the artificial lagoon that surrounds the Mosque, there is a replica of an 16th century Royal Barge. The building is as impressive looking during the night when it's lit up by different coloured lights.

Nice reflections of an impressive building. You should have tilted the camera downwards a little to haveincluded all the reflection.

Very nice reflection jan, perfect and crisp. I would like to visit Brunei just to know what it is like. I know nothing about it, except that it is muslim but that is really it. Great shot, thanks for sharing.
