Photographer's Note

this is a shot taken during my short visit to Brunei....the city town planning a very similar to olden european cities - where the most important building in the town square is usually the cathedral....here in Brunei....the planning is inward....focussing mainly at the mosque - the icon of the religious city.

rapid development continues.....yet, never leave behind the role of religion and believes...those are the things that make us who we are today.

Good informative shot,with a golden/white cathedral,great prespective and nice details,I like it,Eleen,also the palms trees are great and beautiful in two sides,nicely composed and well manged the light.

A stunning architectural shot, Eleen, which is complimented by the perfect sky. I like the perspective and how the 'lines' lead us to the mosque. Well framed.

Brunei is not a country very well represented on TE, so it's nice to see a view from there, I like here the good perspective leading the eye to the subject and its nice architecture, apparently a combination of modernism and traditional muslim style. Exposure is good and the colors excellent, a nice shot !

Very well seen of the famous mosque. I think it would be better still if you use a polarizer.
