Photographer’s Note
This is a picture of the most famous mosque in Brunei, which features gold domes, taken against the contrasting foreground of houses in the water village with their tin roofs.

Welcome to TrekEarth. I like your first submission - the contrast between the poor tin roofs and the opulent domes in the distance is striking. Well done, thanks for sharing it, and keep posting!

Wonderful first post Muhammad. I love the contrast between the tin roofs and gold domes. Your colors are very good. Only suggestion I can make is to upload a bigger version.
Welcome to TE!

Very nice, and to answer zo_tos's question, the Water villages is a funnily enough a village on water, sometimes called the Venice of Asia.. It's a beautiful area, apparently its the poorer area of Brunei, which is hard to do. When i went there they had plasma TV's and BMW's for cars! hehehe
Fun place..
I like the comparison on your photo, rich vs poor.. Nice contrast and all! nice.
The gold tint, reflecting off the minarets are perfect!

Hi Muhammad,
Overall i like this picture, but i think wuold be better if the composition is a little bit higher to avoid the lowest rooftop and get more sky. IMHO.
But, it's nice..
