What a clear, vivid image, Sabyasachi! I can even see the lint on her cardigan and the dirt in her thumbnail. You captured this serious-looking cutie very well. By the way, Bhutan is the country where I want to visit most. Is it true that they accept only a certain number of tourist so as to protect the environment? It must be a wonderful place. I hope you also shot landscapes and will post them here.

Congratulations for your 200th post on TE but mostly for your great work bringing us interesting subjects and being a good and accurate critiquer on TE.
...And once again again you bring us a spectacular portrait with the feelings of the little girl perfectly reflected by the look of her face. There's a mix of scare and curiosity on her face and those small, dark eyes reflect it so well. Also the detail of her little hand like grabing the post making impossible for her to be caught from there is a nice and interesting detail.
Finally the intense red colour of her coat and the textures and colours of this wooden post are also really wonderful.
