Photographer’s Note
According to Bhutanese law, women should wear a traditional dress, called the kira, which is clipped at one shoulder and tied at the waist. An accompaniment to the kira is a long-sleeved blouse, the toego, which is worn underneath the outer layer. Social status and class determine the texture, colours, and decorations that embellish the garments.

A very simple pose from her, but it's really very charming and pretty. It's also a great background for her, being framed in the window as she is. Very nicely done.

A beautiful example of Bhutanese tradition in a beautiful set picture. Also very good note.
