Les hommes forts du Bhutan : la récolte de riz est terminée, c'est l'automne, les champs sont jaunes de la paille de riz, il faut égrainer sur place et puis transporter les lourds sacs de riz rouge en majorité.
Dure labeur quand la motorisation se fait rare.

Fall is the rice harvesting period. Full of yellow landscape in terrace paddy fields.
Strong men are in action.
It's A HARD TAFF when it's heavy like here and when motorisation is rare.

This is a nice daily life scene.
Although the composition is good, colors could've been better.

Hi Olivier,

I must say I strongly disagree with Neelima. Colours here are most natural and they should be complimented not disapproved.
But, everyone is entitled to his/her own oppinion.
Like I said, I like it bacause of most natural output...it enhances the daily routine work, the hard work. Nothing flashy and fancy about it, just something that must be done. This is a photo of respect for the workers, not to say: iii, look how cute it is. No, I will rather say look how good it is!

Bonjour Olivier

Je ne suis pas d'accord non plus avec Neelima : les couleurs sont sobres, et naturelles, avec un bon contraste. Elles adoucissent, par ce côté atténué, la dureté de la scène.
J'aime beaucoup le cadrage, c'est très bien pensé. On se sent témoin de ce dur travail, et permet de nous sensibiliser.
J'aime bien ton regard sur les choses, et les gens.

interesting daily life scene showing us traditional harvest of the rice. I think colours are natural and good. This is really good capture.
