In times of glut the farmers not only sell at the daily market but also sell door-to-door. At this time of year cauliflowers filed the market and our plates every night. I think the little girl was surprised to open the door and find a strange white lady with a camera behind the cauliflower man.

I am not sure if I would like to have cauliflowers every night :). Nice idea such selling door-to-door. very nice composition, surprised look of the girl, special cart and dress of the seller all make the photo very attractive.

Charming street scene. A simple moment of everyday living in that exotic world. Well taken, enjoy a great day.

Great street grab-shot. I love the muted colours and the unposed, candid nature of the photograph. Mind you, the lass in the rear has seen what you're up to! Lovely work, and those cauliflowers don't look too bad either.

You continue your street photography series of Bangladesh...was glad to see you post in the Street Photo group in FB as well
January is the 'chill' month in our part of India...we can see from the sweater the seller wears & the woolen cap of the li'l girl
Nice candid work!

Hello Elaine, this is an always interesting and eye catching scene. This one is a little dark, but surely those were the light conditions. Good work.

This catches our attention between seller & buyer, an astute observation on your part as the subject is always there and it's up to us to observe and you make the right kill Focus on main interest is spot on and it's also lovely that you managed to inject bit of vivid colour to brighten up the rustic matured earthy tones environment and the nicely juxtapositioned thus balances the compo. Your quick on the draw, the knack for making happy unexpected discoveries and well done on exploiting the opportunity one of those shots that keep me looking... and looking...
Very well done street photography :))

Hello Elaine. Nice subject, beautiful street scene. Several interesting elements: the tricycle, the basket and its content, the way the man is dressed, the little girl in the door. Sharp, pleasing photo. That reminded me of something of my childhood: the farmers coming to town with their pick-ups full of fruits and vegetables and stopping at nearly every house to offer their produces. I remember the one that used to visit us had often one or two kids helping him. I was really amazed they were "working" while being so young. Kind regards, Claude.

Hello, instantly the street scene and slice of life image captures my attention from the warm hued colors to the mans gaze and then to the girl in the doorway peering out upon the whole moment that you have managed to capture flawlessly. Brilliant and TFS,
