Early of the morning it's very cold. The boys are slaves in the dryfish industry; the two men in the photo are guards. The boys have been working all night.

Hi Khan,
This look to be a posed one. In that case, framing and composition could have been better.The subject seems to have drifted on one side unless you wanted the drying fishes on the back deliberately. But, the feet getting cut off the frame is a strict no-no in a posed picture.
