Photographer's Note
Trekking in the Chittagong Hill Tracts also involves lots of boat-trip, making the trekking very relaxed!
Here we are just arriving in one of the villages where we will stay the night. Having only seen six other foreigners during our three weeks in Bangladesh, white faces are still a rarity and the village kids clamber onto the rocks to watch us arrive. The river, again the Sangu was beautiful to travel along and the people made us very welcome in their modest homes.

Hello Elaine ,
I like this kind of picture . With both the people and the landscape . I like their smiles , too . This will be a nice testimony of their youth , if they can see this picture in a few years .
Regards

Hi Elaine!
Looks a bit pale but you placed this group perfect in this nice landscape.
Nearly no forreigners there, this sounds great and I`ll buy a Bangladesh guidebook very soon.
I have 3.5 weeks of vacation left for this year, planned for oct/nov.
Have a great weekend,
Leo
