Photographer’s Note
I met these children walking on the beach and playing around. Their poor houses were just off the sand.
Cox's Bazaar is a region in southern Bangladesh, called by local tourism authorities as "the world's longest smooth sandy beach". Also considered to be the "tourist capital of Bangladesh". It has 120 kms of sandy beaches, against a background of hills covered with forests.
Known for its local varieties of cigars and handloom products, particularly from the Rakhyne tribal families. Located some 162 kms south of Chittagong. Connected by air and road to Dhaka and Chittagong.
I took this photo with an old camera and filtered the scan with NeatImage.

Hi Henryk,
It does have that peculiar Neat Image rubberiness doesn't it. It is superbly composed though and a shot with some very compelling subject. I think I am starting to like a little more noise as a good tradeoff for realism though
Cheers

Beautifully shot. The lighting is amazing. I know what Henryk is talking about with the NeatImage stuff, but it isn't that noticeable and it looks great. Good job.

WOW great capture, well composed, nice use og the thirds rule. my only crit is the saturation some parts seems oversaturated and overexposed (maybe is just my monitor). Overall a great work.

Hey Henryk,
A brilliant photo, the bare sanded background brings all the attention onto the girl and the baby. Quite a good quality scan also.

Hi Henryk,
This is a great shot in its simplicity showing a life we probably can´t imagine, I really wan´t to know how they´re doing. The colors are beautiful but to me the picture is too clean, it looks more like a painting, oil on canvas, than a photo. Greetings Silja

It is a very nice shot. the attentio is all on the girl and the baby. nicely done. But to me it seems like the photo has a blurred quality that shouldnt be there.
is that from neatimage i wonder?
ah well, nice pic though.

Bonjour Henryk,
this is a very nice shot!
It's true that the NeatImage flitre make it look a little bit strange, but I like that "painting" effect, it look different and original.
Bravo et merci.

Henryk,
A gorgeous potrait love the compo and the colours. I would habe prefferd the noise to the over cleanliness of the neat image. But still a super shot.
Cheers

Composition wise - wonderful, the subjects are well placed in the frame and you have captured plenty of feeling in here eyes.
Technically - did you sharpen after Neat Imaging? It would remove some of this apparent softness.
