Welcome to TE. This is extremely good photo of a young girl. I like the colour and the expression. I would crop the other girl completly out as it is distracting. Some description will also help.

Hi Alpay,
The colours in this photo help it to stand out. Her piercing green eyes against the red that she is wearing is very dramatic. I also like how you captured her total eye contact with the camera. Well done,
