Photographer’s Note
The place is at the border of Bangladesh and India. As usual where the nature starts to bless with beauty, Indian border takes over. Its really frustating because so far 3 border side area I have visited and Everywhere its the same fact.
The hills straight is part of India. We were allowed go just near the border line. From that point the lake blows between the hills. An excellent beauty.
So, I have decided not to miss the blessing of nature and planning to visit again with Indian visa. *sigh*
Additional tech info:

Not only a dreamy morning but a dreamy photo too. The slow speed created a wonderful atmosphere in the water and the colours are beautiful. The only minor, very minor thing is the fact you cropped the lower boat. The composition is also very good. Well done.

Beautifully done; the water has a lovely ethereal quality to it. The boats look almost like large insects. Very nice!

I love this kind of atmosphere - colors are great and long exposure makes shades and water very smooth. Wonderfull shot and TFS,

Hello Ziaul! Wonderful composition, it really is masterful. It's just such a pity that you cropped the foreground boat, otherwise it's perfect in my opinion. The POV really is wonderful.

Hi Ziaul, very good colorful shot with perfect POV and well use of Sigma 10-20 and ND. The HDR gives more contrast but the nose become more and the colors are may be more saturated. Anyway the shot and the place are very good!
TFS and regards,

Hi Ziaul,
Your pov and compo are really impressive. The softness of the image accentuates the dreamy look. Well done.

Hi Ziaul,
Some will think this is a bit 'soft', but it matches your title - 'dreamy'. The colour is fantastic, and the wide angle view is quite breathtaking. An interesting photo, using HDR, and the light is captured really well. Good idea, well carried out.
Regards,
Andrew
