Made me laugh as soon as I saw the image, well done! However, he isn't sharp - not sure whether that's a focus problem - so try sharpening it. There's also a fair amount of noise in the image, odd considering your EXIF says it was taken at 100ASA.. Try running Neat Image (or your application of choice for noise reduction) over it.
Currently thinking about cropping.. I think I'd prefer it cropped closer to the top of his head, and close to his arm on the RHS.
