Photographer’s Note
so, this was my first visit to Armenian church, and not just an Armenian church, but Echmiadzin! And I really didn't know what to expect from its interiour, somehow I prefer pro-Byzantine church interiours, so was hoping that I'll see another Christ the Pantokrator overlooking from the dome. But heh, I've been pretty surprised to see complete lack of any fresco painting, but only these wonderful ornaments all around the church walls. So indeed, this was a surprise for me, but anyhow, it does look impressive and, for my taste, unusual and a bit strange, considering that this is a church =]
