Yerevan is a modern city with many contradictions in the center next to modern skyscrapers are still many old houses in a seemingly abandoned ... Here an old man walks behind the Republic Square.

Yerevan è una città moderna con molte contraddizioni in centro vicino a grattacieli moderni sono rimaste molte vecchie case apparentemente in stato di abbandono ... qui un vecchio signore passeggia propio dietro alla Piazza della Repubblica.

credo che hai trovato le stesse contraddizioni che possiamo trovare anche da noi, forse non così degradate,
molto bello l'inserimento del vecchio che cammina con il cappello in mano.

Une très belle composition pleine de sensibilité et très attachante.

Bhe, come dire.."l'uomo e la sua città". Un'immaggine che racconta una realtà molto forte e come dici piena di contradittori. Bella la tonalità cromatica e bello l'albero che disegna il limite della casa distrutta.

All the best photo qualities are present here but the feelings that it has and passes to me are the most important feature here in this photograph (loneliness, abandon, sadness)!

Le foto non si scattano mai per caso. L'anziano è ripreso vicino alle pattumiere ma in perfetta sovrapposizione con l'albero, simbolo della vita.
Bella inquadratura, poteva starci anche un bianco e nero, ma è perfetta anche così.

Hi Andrea,
many of the most intresting photos are not from the the usual tourist areas. Fore me it`s far more interesting to see the daily life of the locals, like here in this excellent shot. Your picture gives a sense of being in everyday Yerevan. The old man,the old house and the laundry outside the house. Very well done! Technically speaking, the picture is perfect for me also.
