Hi Sayat,

very nice to see the Ararat from Armania side..it looks very beatiful..

we are all Hrant Dink!

Beautiful mountains, a fine tribute.

I would crop the foreground out and make it panaramic if I was you. I did a workshop, hope that's o.k.

Rgds, Leilani

well done

Sayat,
Beautiful landscape showing the mountains in the background. The lighting and colors are great with excellent DOF. I agree with Leilani that the foreground could be reduced through cropping.

Asa

Hi Sayat,
Great pov of that famous mountain. You make our sight zigzag on those lines made with on the green.
It's very sad and ugly what happened to H. Dink. I confess I only knew about him here in TE. It seems that photo isn't the only theme that we learned about here.
The quote of Gandhi is much appropriate.
TFS, Regards, José.

Dear Sayat
A wonderful picture of the famous mountain & a fitting tribute with the saying of Mahatma...I think that the FG can be cropped a bit to give a pano format...Good one my friend
Regards
Angshu

that is one place i would like to go...
read a lot about this area in an archeological book
fine vista shot with the dominant peak although small..well balanced with the plain in the front

"in an ideal world...there are no ideals..the pursuit of happiness is futile.."

Hi Sayat,
very beautiful capture of this impressive landscape. The more pictures I see of this region the more I want to visit it.

What happend to Hrant Dink is very sad. I have followed this issue in the media closely. I hope that this tragic event will strengthen the democratic and liberal forces in Turkey at the end.

And one addition: From a pure aesthetic point of view probably it would be better to crop the lower part of the pic. But in this case a part of the meaning would be cropped too. The borderline across the plane beneath Ararat divides an area which used to be an entity for thousands of years. It is the result of the tragical extermination of Armenians and all other christians of Anatolia due to fanatic nationalism. The same nationalism responsible for the murder of Hrant Dink.

Best Regards
Andreas

Hi Sayat,

This is meaningful for contributing it to Mr. Hrant Dink’s memory. Your photo is pure, raw and excellently chooses for its primary mission. I like its naturally well contrasted colors, depth are and of course snowy hill of mountain under blue sky. Congratulations.

Friendly Regards,

Ertugrul

Hi Sayat,
wonderful view of the famous mount Ararat... Good composition, sharpness and very nice contrasting colours... I like especially the space...
Best regards,
Andrzej

Selam Sayat,
Dilerdimki bu faşist saldırıyı yaşamasaydık ve siz bu çok güzel çalışmanızı Hrant Dink in demokrasi mucadelesine ithaf etseydiniz.
Saygı ve sevgilerimle.

Hi Sayat,
Excellent landscape, love the way the mountain gently slopes right from the plains. The snowcap fits nicely, like a majestic crown. Specials thanks for the Mahatma quote.

Merhaba Sevgili Sayat,

I love the deep blue of this one. Interesting to see Ararat from the Armenian side. Strange, desolate scene in the foreground, but it adds interest. Well done!

Sayat Bey,

what a landscape!
Fantastic view and exposure.
This ia a image with strong attributes.

Hi Sayat,

it's been a while but good to see so many fine shots since I've been away. I like this one much, it has good, vibrant colour and the snow capped mountains are superb. If I had a very minor point I would say it would be that the foreground detracts a little from the magnificent backdrop but it's still a very fine capture.

Regards

Stephen

I agree about the foreground, but what a wonderful picture of the mountain, and what colours! It's beautiful.
