Very nice shot, full focus on your main object so sharp and full of colors in bg.
I wish to see the reverse angel (she and her baby) thought it would be more beautiful.
You showed the routine life in Kabul very good.
A perfect shot.

Very nice shot of this black clad woman against the yellow of the taxis.
A little progress in Afghanistan? the women can keep their faces uncovered now.

Very nice picture with excelent focus on the woman... there is some kind of contrast between the cars and dress of the woman. Nice capture

I like how you've isolated her using shallow DOF (and blur?), James. It sets her off in her own little world, which befits the chador she is wearing. A definite air of middle eastern/Asian mystery here. Regards, Ken.

James: I'm not sure if I would have rotated this pic slightly to level the traffic or not. Of course what grabs the viewer is the contrast between black and yellow and the cultural opposition of tradition and modernity. It's a finely composed and well seen image. regards, c
