Photographer’s Note
This pic of Afghan border here is shot from the last post were foreigners without Afghan visa are alowed to go. The trip through Khyber Agency to the border is a comon thing to do for tourists and travellers, as well as the visit to the gunsmith town of Darra.
the town pictured here is called Torkham. On a rocky hill, right of the town, you ight see a small white fort, which is I think one of those marking the famous Durand line, which was drawned to separate the British Empire from Afghanistan.
