A FARMER NEARBY CITY CENTRE KANDAHAR PROVINCE IN SOUTHERN AFGHANISTAN IS FEEDING WHITE PIGEONS. HERE SOME PEOPLE PREFER TO LOOK AFTER PIGEONS. AND ALSO KANDAHAR IS BECOME THE NATO,ISSAF SECURITY FORCES,US AND CANADIAN TROOPS MAIN BASE.

Merveilleuse photo de ce soigneur de pigeons mais je ne suis pas sûr que l'enfant apprécie. L'exposition est parfaite et la qualité d'image excellente. Un superbe rendu des blancs qui n'est pas toujours facile.

cette marée blanche est très belle; c'est une belle tradition ces élévages de pigeons et ces deux pères essayent donc de transmettre leur passion; mais les enfants crient de joie ou de peur?

Great capture, I really like the moment you caught. I don't really like pigeons but those white ones are beautiful. How many of them!!
It's nice to see a photo from Afghanistan, I'm reading a book from an Afghanistanian writer at the moment (A thousand Splendid Suns) and I'm getting to know your country :)

Hello Armanee,
This is a fine photo. showing people enjoying themselves. That is something we hear too little of from Afghanistan these days. Actually, this reminds me of the park at the great mosque in Mazar-i-Sharif, where there are also lots of white pigeons.
